What the agent doesCe que fait l'agent

Uber rolled out ChatGPT Work to all of its more than thirty thousand employees, up from a pilot of about a thousand. The system takes an employee's goal, breaks it into steps and runs them across connected tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Slack and Calendar, returning finished work in one session, for example a consolidated meeting brief assembled from calendar entries, documents and Slack threads.

The system runs a goal through to finished work across connected apps without a handoff at each step, which is delegated execution rather than drafting. Administrators restrict which plugins, data sources and capabilities each team can reach, see what was done with which data, and important actions above a confidence threshold pause for review, but no grounded data lock is documented, so the declared level stays at N2.Le système mène un objectif jusqu'au livrable fini à travers les outils connectés, sans reprise humaine à chaque étape : c'est de l'exécution déléguée, pas de la rédaction assistée.
